'Casa Di Lusso' is located in Woodhall Country Park, which itself is set in beautiful woodland and in walking distance of the Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa (Lincolnshire). It truly is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The lodge offers large wrap around decking, with a sunken hot tub and partial views of the fishing lake. It has all the mod-cons you need from: American fridge freezer, wine fridge, smeg kettle/toaster, 43" smart flat screen TV in lounge and en-suite bathroom to master.

Lakeside Guesthouse

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

This holiday home provides a great base from which to explore the park and the surrounding areas and is ideal for fun family time or a couples romantic break. Open all year round. We welcome responsible dog owners, please bring with you all they need for a happy comfy stay including a towel for muddy paws and soggy fur. We kindly ask you not to leave your dog unattended in caravan. Max 2 small dogs, please state.

Oxton Hill Pond View is a fabulous self contained shepherds hut located on our farm. With its own enclosed private garden the hut has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Use the bridle paths on our farm which link to Southwell and neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell or Sherwood Forest. Bring your bikes as you can cycle for miles maybe to the River Trent, or just enjoy the rural walks. We also offer carp fishing in summer. Adults only.
