Delicious evening meals a few minutes stroll at the oldest thatched pub in Lincolnshire The Kings Head’ and locally made provisions a few steps in the opposite direction at Tealby village community shop. Miles of beautiful walks right on the doorstep

It's in a fantastic location, situated less than a 10 minute walk from Lincoln's Cathedral and within a 3 minute walk of the renowned Bailgate area. The bungalow’s 1 bedroom offers a king-sized bed and the lounge has a sofa bed which sleeps up to 2 people. Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Unwind, relax & enjoy our stylish, luxury super king size accommodation, with castle views and a clean, modern feel to the furniture and décor. The accommodation benefits from its own private and separate shower and WC facilities and its own independent access, allowing you to come and go as you please. Private off street parking is included, alternatively a carpark with EV charging points is close by. Complimentary tea & coffee facilities and toiletries are included with your room.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

The house is located in a quiet street with the river Witham right next to it. Your space has a private entrance, dedicated parking, and is fully equipped with all you need to have a relaxing stay. The private garden is fully fenced and is pet safe. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the river right outside watching swans flying by. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Most of this property is situated upstairs. It has 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. Located in the central conservation area of Reepham, near Lincoln, with off-road parking, this beautiful spacious apartment offers a comfortable place to stay, an ideal retreat for creatively interested & caring people. Below the living area is a former pottery workshop, which is not currently in use.
