Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking right at the door. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed inside lounge. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. . Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. There is no fenced area for pets. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. WIFI
