Mountain Magic 4 “The Love Shack”

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in our Van conversion. If you're looking for fancy this isn't for you. It's rustic and down to earth, off the beaten track with amazing views & privacy. The caravan has a small lounge built off the front of the Van. The bathroom is a short few steps away from the van with amazing views. The laundry room is connected to the back of the van , which is used by staff between 9 am & 3 pm. The Van is our family getaway which we have decided to share

Heuwels Glampsite

This fully equipped private site offer you your own exclusive caravan, covered braai on a spacious wooden deck and well-appointed outdoor kitchenette, hot tub and private bathroom. Enjoy a warm outdoor shower after a day of hiking, surrounded by nature. Indulge in panoramic vistas of Hawekwa's majestic mountains during the day and the starry skies at night. Unwind your adventurous soul.

Wildcroft Gypsy Bowtop

Our Gypsy Bowtop Caravan was handmade by a wonderful local craftsman. Made with Spruce and Cypress wood, and a canvas top covering the characteristic bows, it is a unique and very comfortable space. It is self-contained with a double bed, a bathroom, a dinette and kitchenette with a small wood-burning stove. Windows in the canvas give views of the garden and mountains. There is a private deck with seating and a Weber outside. Situated lower in our garden, it is a restful and peaceful space.

Dassie Den - The Storytellers, Rocklands

The Storytellers is situated in a beautiful piece of Cederberg wilderness where guests are invited to come and spend time connecting to nature. We offer: close to nature self catering accommodation healing self retreats space for facilitators wishing to host simple, honest, close to nature retreats Our accommodation is simple, quirky, comfortable and close-to-nature (glamping style between the rocks of the Cederberg, in furnished safari tents with private bathrooms and kitchens).

New Holme - Tented Camp

The tent sleeps 4 guests in 2 separate tent compartments. Fully carpeted, it has a double bed in one compartment and 2 single beds in the other. The ablution facilities are 30 meters away. It is pitched in the New Holme Guest House garden . There is a common lounge, dining room, bar area and a pool in the peaceful garden. Meals are available: Dinner @R270 pp – 3 course home-style meal Breakfast @R125 – available from 7:45 Activities are available as described in "other details to note"

Secluded Tent Oupa Tienie @ Balie'sGat

This secluded tent located in a remote kloof surrounded by dramatic rock formation. With spectacular views of pristine fynbos and a little stream running besides ancient waboom trees. Situated between the mountains with no cellphone signal we offer you a unique experience to ease your mind and recharge your body and soul. You need to have a vehicle with a good high ground clearance to reach us. If you don’t have a high ground clearance vehicle we can arrange transport at an extra cost.

Glamping @Badensfontein

Enjoy the serene setting of this romantic getaway, nestled in nature—just 7km from the charming town of Montagu in the Little Karoo. The tent offers an off-the-grid experience, yet you’ll still have cellular reception and all the comforts of luxury. The tent is equipped with electric plugs & a range of small appliances: kettle, induction plate, microwave, toaster & an air-conditioning unit with hot & cold settings. The unit accommodates 2 guests with a queen-size bed.

Our caravan is a unique eco-stay, surrounded by nature, with BREATHTAKING valley and mountain views. It is inspired by our love of travel, the natural world & unique accommodation. We are a simple, off the grid set up so do not expect luxury but rather the simple pleasures and nature in all its glory. Our property is a work in progress. Our dream is to create a sustainable space by restoring our land and respecting nature in the process.

AfriCamps Addo Near Elephant National Park

Retro Caravans - Aardvark

Fully equipped retro caravan with electricity, fridge, gas stove, double bed, bedding, towels and outside seating area with beautiful views. Shared bathroom facilities, separate for male and female. The communal Lapa has free WiFi, a pool table and spaces in which to braai. Kayaking and swimming is available in our gorgeous farm dam, or take an easy walk to the nearby waterfall to cool down there.

Wagtail Tent

A unique glamping experience on the south coast of kwazulu natal. This new tent has a its own private splash pool and equipped kitchenette with a great bath and semi outdoor shower. The beds are super comfy with great quality linen and pillows. Children under the age of 12 years pay half of the extra guest fee.
