the forest chalet - Sondagskloof

Built from Larch & Spruce cured to a dark finish, this secluded one bed-roomed chalet blends into the surrounding Poplar forest nestled next to a running stream. A King size bed, a luxurious bathroom with sliding door onto deck for a indoor/outdoor shower experience. The living-room/ kitchen is stylishly furnished & is fully equipped, with under counter fridge & gas hob, and a wood burning fireplace. Big picture windows & sliding doors open onto the deck, drawing the peaceful forest inside.

An elegant, newly renovated cottage, ideal for a couple, Elfen Cottage is situated in the center of town but is off the main road in a quiet area. Beautiful cottage with views of the Tsitsikamma mountain range. Perfect for sunrise, sunset, stargazing and bird watching. Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.

Coot Cottage

Perched on the edge of the picturesque dam, Coot- and Bullrush Cottage sit alongside each other with spectacular views of the Langeberg Mountains. About an hour and a half from Cape Town, near the Nuy valley, Amandalia farm is home to Saggy Stone Brewery and now 6 unique A-Frame cottages situated within a private nature reserve. Another 2 stone cottages complete the bouquet of accommodation.

This cottage is perfect for two adults, offering a comfortable and intimate retreat. It features a dining area and a full kitchen, there is a TV and fireplace in the Lounge. Relax by the warmth of the fire or unwind in the wood-fired hot tub. (Due to the fact that this is a working farm unfortunately not suitable for children and infants)

Ndlovu Addo River Lodge - Cottage 5

This open-plan cottage contains a king-size bed, a lounge area, and a private bathroom. This unit has a kitchenette, and opens onto a verandah that boasts patio furniture, outdoor shower and Kolkol Wood-fired hot tub. Lovely river views can be admired from the garden.
