King size ottoman bed , so loads of storage We have a sofa bed to accommodate upto 2 extra people. Absolutely stunning views.

Modern Contemporary Stylish 3 bedroom home on Windrush/Isis Lakes gated community. Relaxing picturesque uninterrupted lake view. No visiting Pets. Country walks, water sports nearby with kayaking/paddle boarding for hire. The Pavilion in the grounds has a games room that looks out onto tennis courts. A small football pitch, children play area with zip wire is close by. Sky Q in lounge and in 2 of the bedrooms for your entertainment.

The Stables

Woodland retreat in the glorious Wye Valley. Fire pits and wood burner-fantastic private outdoor bath and shower area. Sleeps 4 in two rooms all en- suite. Well behaved dog welcome with a supplement of £30 per stay. If you have more than one dog please contact us as we might be able to accommodate. We would ask you to be mindful of our policy for your dog during your stay. Can combine stay with Perrycliff Cottage.

The Lakeside Lodge

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. The Lakehouse on The Landings; Cotswold Water Park

Welcome to our contemporary New England style 4-bedroom, spacious lakeside lodge which sleeps up to 10. Ideal for get-togethers, reunions & celebrations with family and friends. Located on Bradleys Lake, part of the beautiful Cotswold Water Park, near Cirencester. We have a south facing deck with glorious uninterrupted views of this unique sailing and carp fishing lake.

Stunning Lakeside Lodge

Perfectly centred for panoramic views of the whole of Windrush lake. The decking enjoys all day sunshine. The 3 sets of patio doors lead onto the extra large patio area compared to the standard lodge. The Kitchen has just been refurbished in 2021 and enjoys all new appliances.
