One of the highlights of this prime location is its proximity to the iconic GAP (Great Allegheny Passage).  It's just a stone's throw away!

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Hidden Gem in Historic Neighborhood

The Hidden Gem is tucked away in the Chancery Hill Historic District in downtown Morgantown. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the downtown WVU campus and 3 miles from the University Hospitals. The apartment is equipped for making home-cooked meals (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) but coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance. This is a great place to call home for visiting parents, professors and medical professionals!

Dunkard Loft, near downtown/WVU!

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working. We do not have finishing touches like coffee and large trash cans. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor.

Quiet Apartment close to Town Center

A private and quiet stay await you at The Holler, our 1 Bedroom, open concept, budget friendly apartment. The unit boasts about 800 sqft of newly renovated space, complete with all the amenities you would need for a quick stay or something longer term. Secluded at the end of a dead end road, The Holler offers an acre of open land to stretch out for you or your dog. 10 Minutes to either hospital or the interstate, perfect for those traveling for work.

One mile from the Coliseum, 2 miles to Ruby Memorial Hospital and WVU Milan Puskar Stadium, and less than 2 miles from University Town Center with a plethora of shopping and dining options. This apartment is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and comfort.

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
