Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom short-term rental property is the perfect place to stay during your next vacation. Located just 5 minutes from a gorgeous reservoir, you'll have easy access to all the water activities you could dream of, including stand up paddleboarding. Inside the house, you'll find a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The perfect spot to soak in the glorious mountain views from the house and porch. The Living Room, Bunk Room and Mountain Room all have large windows directly facing the Mountain Range. The Porch spans the length of the house with comfortable seating to sit, relax and watch the world go by! It is a very short walk to town and The Bluff Park which is on the West end of Main Street. The house is newly remodeled and updated with all new furnishings to make it feel just like home during your stay!

Charming Park Side Hotel Room 2

My place is close to Moffat - which is equal distance between Alamosa and Salida. It is the launch pad to the fun things to do out here in the middle of no-where. IE: Great Sand Dunes, hot springs, Hooper pool, UFO park, alligator park, etc!, parks. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
