The Weigh Office is a perfect base to relax, unwind and explore The Lakes & the Eden Valley. The building was once a working part of the Eden Valley Railway and has been fully modernised to provide a unique, compact self-catering holiday accommodation for up to two guests. Heated by an environmentally friendly geothermal ground source heat pump, it offers a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, double bed on a mezzanine (accessed via a ladder), private parking and a spacious outside decking area.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. The Byre at Grange Farm is a cosy characterful rural hideaway retreat for a couple or family up to 4 people. It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

Lowside Barn is 5miles from Ullswater, in the idyllic conservation area of Helton, with a view across the Lowther Valley, garden and many scenic walks from the house. Sleeping a max of 5 adults plus 1 child, all you need is provided. We take extra care for you to enjoy a relaxing home from home, so we clean the barn ourselves at no extra charge. Living next door we’re also on hand with helpful local knowledge and to answer any questions.
