Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

If you are looking for a private, quiet retreat that is ten minutes walk to the city centre and Town Basin with it's Cafes Restaurants and Galleries, then this Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place for you. Fully self contained with your own fully equipped kitchen, private patio and full laundry facilities you can base yourself here and explore the beautiful, sunny North.
