Conveniently located for visiting the Historic City of Chester , Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village , Chester Zoo,, Delemere Forest.With easy access M56 ,M6 ,M53 to explore further afield: L’ pool , M’chester , N. Next Door: a cosy one-bed apartment

All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided.

We are located on the main bus route into Liverpool and between 2 train stations with quick access into Liverpool and Manchester. You will have private entrance to the property with parking available if needed. So whether you are working near by, visiting friends or family, supporting your favourite team or Theatre show we will be sure to make you feel right at home. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool.
