This quaint guest suite provides the coziness of a cottage with all of the amenities that your family needs for an enjoyable getaway in the Yavapai hills. Start your day in a very comfortable king-sized bed and then mozy on over to your kitchenette, fully-stocked with all of the things you need to make coffee or tea and a small meal. The office corner and large patio with a view are the perfect place to work or chill throughout your stay surrounded by the mountains in beautiful Prescott AZ.

The Treehouse is one side of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood the pines, only 1 mile from Courthouse Square + Whiskey Row. After a day in Downtown Prescott, come warm up by the gas fireplace or relax in the separate entertainment room with Smart TV, board games, Xbox DVDs. The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for one vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request
