It has a fire place and a full kitchen. You will enjoy seeing the open fields as you sit on the patio by the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub in the fall and winter season! If you like the beach we are 40 minutes from Pawleys and even closer to coastal Georgetown where there are fine waterfront restaurants, museums, and pastry shops.

Carolina Wren Cottage: New, Relaxing, Dog-Friendly

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Historic downtown bungalow.

This cute and cozy 1428SF cottage dates to 1920. Located in quiet and beautiful downtown Kingstree, the house boasts a screened porch in the back, and a recent renovation. Fully furnished with amenities. Grocery shopping is less than a mile away, and Main Street is an easy walk. We try to be accommodating and if you need an early check-in please ask. Check out is 10AM. There is a $75 late check out fee after that. If you'll need to check out later, just message us and we'll waive it.

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
