Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Needles is slow paced with access to the mighty Colorado River rarely crowded. There’s sandy beaches and sunshine! Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including River City Pizza, just a short distance away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

Escape to this serene studio, offering a queen bed, cozy living and dining areas, a TV with Roku, full kitchen, and convenient laundry facilities. Enjoy free parking on the street or the left side of the driveway. Keep in mind that the driveway might be occupied by guests staying in the main house on occasion. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.
