Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Lovely Laura Ashley styled room There is an expectation that you will not be in the house between 9am-4pm. We mainly cater for business guests. Private bathroom. Open to one night stays WE HAVE 2 Ragdoll HOUSE CATS. Check-in BTW 4pm-8pm Check out no later than 9am In the evening the doors are locked at 2200hrs so no late nights please. We offer cereals and orange juice for breakfast that guests are welcome to help themselves. There is a courtesy tray in the room. Parking is available

Access to both main towns is pretty easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house( D1 bus every 30mins or so)

If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.
