Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. A masterful combination of disappearing glass and vast ocean expanse that blurs the line between indoor living and the outdoor terrace. Perched high above the confluence of the Navarro River and the Pacific Ocean sits La Puerta del Mar- 3 bedrooms (all king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, 1800+ square feet, high-speed internet access, sauna and hot tub.
