Unsere geräumige Wohnung bietet nicht nur Nähe zu vielen Einkaufs– und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie Parks, sondern liegt auch direkt am Fluss. Perfekt für Natur – und Aktivurlauber mit der Nähe zur Mosel und Eifel zum Wandern und dem Maare–Mosel– Radweg. Die Wohnung ist auch für Familien ideal geeignet. In 35 km Entfernung liegt Deutschlands älteste Stadt Trier mit über 110.000 Einwohner.

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderen 8 tot 12jr verblijven gratis. neem contact op voor u boekt. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. Haus Bley: Wohnung mit Altbaucharme

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus sind Ausflüge an die Mosel und in die Eifel möglich. Maare-Mosel-Radweg direkt vor der Tür, ZOB in 100m Entfernung mit Radlerbus. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt von Wittlich. In dieser Wohnung sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Die Gästeabgabe ist im Apartmentpreis enthalten. Für die Ausstellung der Gästekarte und Meldung der Gäste benötigen wir die Namen und bei nicht-deutschen Gästen zusätzlich die Pass-Nummer aller Personen.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
