The Understory: Private Retreat with Outdoor Tub

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. Inside consists of 350 square feet of comfortable living space including a rain shower, king sized bed, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is another 500 square feet of living space with a deck, outdoor soaking bathtub, and patio with a fire pit and propane grill.

A quiet retreat 30 minutes from Asheville, NC. At 3500 ft. in elevation, it's mild during summer days and cool at night. The dark sky’s of YanceyCounty make for amazing star viewing.
