Enjoy luxury amenities in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The estate vineyard is operational and supplies our FireSky wine with Texas's finest grapes. This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!
