Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Hollybrook - Dairy Cottage 2 bedroom

Hollybrook, an adult only retreat, is a beautiful slice of country living on a 100-acre historic farm in its own valley, just 1 hr from Wahroonga. Located in Wollombi Valley, part of the Hunter Wine Region. The Dairy Cottage is a newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage nestled in trees and surrounded by gardens. Sole use of private 4 acre luxury rural property, 2 hrs north of Sydney. Walk to Wollombi village from this large country home (sleeps 12), with friendly farm animals. Wide verandahs overlooking rural views, set on a 4 acre garden estate which you will have to yourselves. There's a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano and library. Beds can be split to singles on request. Neighbouring cottage, 'The Dairy at Wollombi' listed separately, sleeps 4.
