Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. A great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the fresh air exploring the natural surroundings or stay indoors for a game of pool by the fireplace.Perfect for a short stopover whilst travelling or a longer getaway!

Step through the old gates and you’ll feel miles from anywhere but you’ll be right in the heart of Australia’s first inland city known for its classic Victorian architecture, cathedrals and parks. So much to see and explore within 100 steps! Relax and dine under the shady vine covered pergola or snuggle in on a chilly day and enjoy a wine by the wood fire!

With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. We invite you to take in nature at your own pace in this peaceful & private setting. “The Burrow” is a hand-built, mud-brick cottage set on the Southern Highlands of NSW. It's quirky yet very comfortable. With nature & wildlife all around we want you to feel like you're 1000 miles from anywhere.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

A fully self- contained cottage, featuring open-plan design, with every modern convenience and the warmth in winter of a pot belly stove. A separate dwelling from the main house, assures privacy and solitude. There is also plenty of space to accommodate cars and trailers.
