PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

One Bedroom studio beach house with second king bed facilities located off the living space. (Please note the 2nd king bed is located off the kitchen/sitting area and does not have a door)We are situated right on the beach front of North Wollongong Beach. Step outside your bedroom and surf, swim, dine out or take a stroll along the beach towards the lighthouse and enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the ocean.
