The town is bustling with both nature, town events and activities year-round including Peep week, summer music "Concert on Mill" series, craft fairs, Christmas festival, trivia nights, and open air markets. Enjoy water activities such as paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing. Hard to believe, its so close to DC and yet it feels a world apart!

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The space includes a brand new kitchenette, newly renovated modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Washer and dryer included. The couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa but can be used to sleep on. Two parking spaces available in front of the home.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
