Enjoy some of your favorite movies in our spacious theater room with recliners for all. We also have a private patio where you can grill up some steaks and relax in the hot tub. This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

This beautiful, cozy basement apartment is in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes south of Provo, with easy freeway access. We’re surrounded by gorgeous mountains. There are nearby walking trails and pickleball courts. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed), 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. It has a pull out couch with extra bedding. There is driveway parking. *You can’t control the temperature in the apartment, but we’re happy to bump it up or down
