Sea Breeze is a 2 minute walk to an 18 hole golf course, 12 minute walk to miles of beautiful beaches for swimming. Great nature walks, lakes for kayaking and fishing. You’ll love our place because it's fully self contained light and airy, surrounded by nature, very friendly neighborhood, easy 20 min beach walk to Woolgoolga. Where you will find lots of great restaurants, cafes and amenities. Our place is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with a couple of kids).

Woolgoolga is a short 20 minutes drive north of Coffs Harbour and is a beautiful seaside village with Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, Bakeries, Clothes Shops, Clubs, Council swimming pool and more all within a 5 minute walk from the unit. The Seaview tavern is a 2min drive & Woolworths is a 3 min drive away.

Paradise Palm Bungalow

For business or leisure, our new Studio Bungalow is designed for relaxation & convenience, providing everything you need for a pleasant & memorable stay. This private bungalow is separate from our main house & features a comfortable Queen bed with HTC linens, single trundle bed, TV & couch. The equipped kitchenette allows for easy meal preparation, the bathroom includes laundry facilities for added convenience. Beach enthusiasts will love the quick access to Corindi Beach for sun, sand, & surf.

Luxury studio in a tropical garden,30 metres to beach front, designer bathroom with bath and rain shower, washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen, 1 queen size bed, fan, underfloor heating, outdoor deck with sea views and under cover private gazebo with lounge seating and electric barbecue /grill ,and all weather blinds. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .

Wake up to waves and salt air. Located on Beach at Arrawarra Point, 10min to Supermarket, Cafe's, restaurants, Golf course. Coffs Harbour only 30min drive. Front beach and back beach just across road. Offering bottom story apartment, (owner above in top story)self contained, a park across road, beach games and board games available. Full kitchen, two bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, seperate toilet, dining area, verandah front and back, outside shower, built in wardrobes. Parking onsite

Katandra: Beautiful self-contained accommodation

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The ShhOuse

Our place is set in the hills above Sapphire and Moonee Beach, minutes from Coffs Harbour and all its amenities. You’ll love our place because of the peaceful setting amongst the trees and the quiet, private bush retreat that it is. Its a place where you can relax and feel the quiet. We have many things to offer around our area, such as the many spectacular beaches, rivers, mountain bike tracks, bush walking, whale watching, fishing, diving and much,much more. All here for you to enjoy.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Quiet Cabin Emerald Beach.

Quiet and peaceful cabin centrally located and only a few minutes drive to Emerald Beach. Cafes and forest walks all close by, perfect little writers retreat or get away from the stress…A large fire pit nestled in the gardens where you can unwind and enjoy a wine or just listen to the birds calling….. we love dogs and are dog friendly ☺️ please contact me for details regarding the rules of staying with your furry friend….
