Evans Head Wattle comfortable family holiday home

This family holiday home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet holiday by the beach. It is light, open and airy, with a garden and front deck. It is not even close to 5 star luxury but an old timber house that we have made clean and functional . Our families have enjoyed the house over 5 generations .The kitchen is stocked but unrenovated. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 upstairs ,2 small ones downstairs. It is 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. There is no under cover parking. Free Wifi.

Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

A 5-minute walk takes you to a well-stocked corner shop & cafe. 10 mins further you're at the Bellinger River where you can picnic & swim. 5 mins on & you're in the centre of town.
