Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Room with a view. Self contained luxury flat in the heart of rural Worcestershire, but within easy reach of Worcester, Malvern & Stourport on Severn. Come and unwind in this beautiful part of the country. On arrival, sit on the balcony, enjoy the stunning views, whilst enjoying a local ale or a hot drink with home baked cake (if the weather is inclement the view from the Breakfast Bar is equally special). The private flat, sleeps 2, with shower, toilet & bidet. Breakfast is also provided.

The Goose House

The Goose House is a private one bedroom cottage in the grounds of Brook Cottage, a small holding, which originates from the 17 th century. It is situated in an 'Area of outstanding natural beauty' and the delightful Leigh Brook runs through the grounds. It has gated access and plenty of parking. It has been renovated in 2024 and offers a comfortable stay. A welcome pack includes local fresh eggs, homemade jam and fresh coffee that we roast ourselves. We have super fast broad band too.

The Old Stables at Hyde Farm

Newly refurbished stables, converted to the highest standard, set on the edge of the Cotswolds on beautiful private farmland. Perfect for a romantic, peaceful getaway or as a base for explorers. Complimentary chocolates and chilled prossecco will be waiting for you on arrival. Tea and coffee are also provided. Put your feet up and relax, watch something on one of the two smart / internet connected tv's, go for a walk in the 35 acre grounds, or visit one of the many local attractions.

The Annexe at Dordale Green Farm is a beautiful single storey barn conversion situated in the Dordale Valley, one mile from the delightful village of Belbroughton. The stylishly furnished interiors boast stunning views over the gardens and private lake and a number of country walks are accessible from the doorstep. The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

Modern luxury meets breathtaking charm. Situated in the grounds of our property on Bringsty Common, the detached annex nicknamed “Holly Barn” is separated from our cottage by a shared parking area. Located on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The idyllic market town of Bromyard is a 5 minute drive, with its old world charm and selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Engine House, rural escape to Bredon Hill

The Engine House is the perfect base for a romantic break or active outdoors holiday. It's fantastic dog-walking and off-road cycling country, set at the foot of Bredon Hill on the Glos/Worcs border. The house is beautifully-furnished and ready to self-cater with a well-equipped kitchen. Step out of the door, and it's easy access straight onto the hill, to enjoy spectacular views. Or for a friendly welcome and good food, just stroll next door to the Yew Tree Inn.

A studio on our farm near Stratford / Cotswolds

A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.
