This is a one of a kind - funky chic cottage with rustic charm . Restored with love ❤️. Cottage has a private beach at the end of the street. Two miles south of downtown Lexington, great restaurants and shopping , plus the marina and public beach . The cottage has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed . The second bedroom has a full size bed , futon and ladder to the loft with additional full size mattress . Couch in living room becomes a full size bed as well . WiFi ,TV with amazon fire stick

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT!!! Definitely can’t depend on it. Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Richmond Reverie

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

The Harbor House - Entire 1st Floor Waterfront

Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

Enjoy your coffee on the front deck, grill on the back patio & sit around the bon fire after dark in the privacy fenced yard.

Perfect for romantic retreat, or a group of friends nature getaway.There is NO washroom at the cottage.The washroom facilities are in the tackroom in the barn and the ONLY shared space. It's a lovely camp like setting enjoyable year-round.
