Welcome to Casa By La Playa! A coastal treasure sitting just off 30A in Blue Mountain Beach with two nearby beach accesses and amenities galore. This 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and features a one car garage, stainless steal appliances and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom! An open living and upgraded kitchen area greets guests upon entry plus a side door access leading to a premium fenced back yard with artificial turf, a furniture set, plus umbrella for shade!

Spend some family time playing in the ocean. Newer house (2016) new furniture. Great place to gather family and friends. Beautiful Navarre beach less than 2 miles away. Two Bikes are provided for a quick bike ride across the bridge over the bay. Three new man-made reefs for snorkeling. Golfing is available at Hidden Creek golf course. We have three sets of golf clubs available. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Deep discount available for January and February!

Touch of Madagascar-Whole House/winter heated pool

Free parking. Entire house with pool (pool heating fee $32 a day extra - heating pool not available until 4 Dec). 3 mn walk to Shopping/restaurants. 15mn drive to Destin. 7 minute drive to beach. Decorated with art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Blackwater Bay Mae's Cottage

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
