The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

With beautiful countryside walks and picturesque fishing lakes on the doorstep, this family friendly barn is perfect for staying in or getting out. 2 pubs are in walking distance and one is situated by the river and has an outdoor pizzeria operating during the summer.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 ensuite bedrooms - all bedrooms can be set up as twins or SKS, there is also the option to book out the games room exclusively as a 4th ensuite bedroom for an additional fee. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Access to a natural swimming pool, hot tub and sauna between 3pm and no later than 7.30pm and from 8am to 10am- See optional extras
