The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. Tennis court, trampoline and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a communal pool, heated from 1 May to 30 September and remains open for use until 15 October. The property is set on 38 Acres of land and woodlands between the Historic Town of Guildford and Woking with fast train access to London.

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
