The waterfront house has 4BR and 4BA with 3900 sq ft. It has the benefits of both protected water for worry-free boating and sweeping views of the Chester River! The house features a spacious back deck and a large balcony off the master suite. Three kayaks and two paddle broads are available (free of charge). Two crab traps and one live box are provided for guests to catch crabs from the backyard pier. A BBQ grill with propane tank is also provided.
