'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Conveniently positioned self contained comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in. Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Forest Garden Lodge (B&B optional) near Blackpool

A pet friendly beautiful lodge, with BBQ and hot tub, Close to Blackpool/Cleveleys The lodge is situated in our large garden so plenty of room for your doggie! It sleeps 2 adults, 2 children, and a baby (fold up beds supplied) and baby ( cot supplied). You can stay with breakfast or self catering No use of the hot tub after 9.30pm or before 9am. Please dont use the hot tub if wearing fake tan. The hot tub is £20 extra a day, (payable on arrival) Breakfast £7.50 adult, £5 child

Our place is close to Clitheroe Town Centre, The River Ribble, The Trough of Bowland and Clitheroe Castle. You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.
