Rosebud Barn (Newly Refurbished) King Bed

Converted barn with separate access and exclusive use of the entire self-contained space. Private off-road parking with Type 2 Charger for EVs. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, & a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

Weavers' Cottage, West Bradford, Clitheroe

Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe enjoys great views and offers country walks, fantastic cycling routes and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Situated in the village of Preesall, this cosy self-contained cottage is nestled in the owner’s back garden. Inside is an open plan living and dining area leading into a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Double doors lead from the bedroom into the conservatory overlooking the private garden and patio area. Preesall is convenient for the beach and the Bowland Fells with great walking and cycling. It is also close to Blackpool and the Lake District is within an hour’s drive.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and 5 mins from the train station. 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a narrow pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Bulls Close Cottage

Bulls Close Cottage is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales village of Austwick, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to Settle, The Three Peaks & Kirkby Lonsdale. This charming cottage (an annex attached to the main house) has a private terrace and outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings. The cottage has WiFi and sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, hairdryer, and soaps are provided and when it’s cold, the underfloor heating keeps you snug!

Holiday Cottage

If you're looking to get away from it all, ours is a semi rural location down a single track lane, right in the middle of the countryside. Only a 10 minute drive from Southport with all its facilities and there are several golf courses within easy reach. The big selling point at our location are the horses to three sides of the property. To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site and occasional visits from a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have 2 cockerels and they can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Coastal Garden Lodge

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near to seaside village, Knott-End-On-Sea . Filteted drinking water, free range eggs from garden chickens - even a trampoline!. Located near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. The attractions of Lancaster, Blackpool, Cleveleys, Morecambe, Forrest of Bowland & Lake District are a short drive away.
