Our period cottage is the ideal stay for visitors to Great Manchester, Cheshire and the Peak District looking to experience a slice of local history in comfort. Nestled in a conservation area of the Heaton Mersey Valley, it is a little piece of country in the town. It is surrounded by beauty spots, shops, restaurants and transport links. There is a traditional English pub at the top of the road.

Convenient to Knutsford, Tatton Park, Alderley Edge, Mobberley, Over Peover and Holmes Chapel. Knutsford and Chelford train stations are 5 minutes drive.

Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.
