Apartamento céntrico, casco antiguo

Piso muy luminoso recién renovado y con mucho encanto en el Casco Antiguo de Javea, con capacidad para cuatro personas y en una callesita muy tranquila. Sin cochera. El centro urbano es un punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad. Museos, salas de exposiciones, cafés, restaurantes y paseo de compras, se encuentran a pocos metros y si os gusta realizar caminatas, a 1.500 mts. se encuentra el pintoresco puerto de Javea. Los espero y desde ya, les deseo unas estupendas vacaciones.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator and parking, it is at just few meters from the sea, that you can hear the sweet crashing of the waves on the beach. Perfect for lovers of the sea and good food. Also perfect for babies and children as it has been equipped with bath, cot, high chair and minipimer. It is close to all services, restaurants and beach bars, and a pleasant walk to both the Arenal beach and the port.

You’ll love my place because it is a delightful apartment only three minutes walk to the sea, surrouded by good restaurants, cafes and lovely boutiques. With air conditioning and heating throughout, the apartment is also furnished with all necessary electrical appliances, WIFI (600 MB), Smart TV, books and toys. 4 bedrooms sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and 2 small terraces on which to enjoy a drink . There is also en enclosed garden and car park. A place where we want you to feel happy.

Un lugar ideal para encontrar multitud de restaurantes, comercios, mercado de Abastos, Museos…. El apartamento se encuentra a 1,5km del Puerto y de la playa de la Grava, a 2km de la playa del Montañar y a 3km del Arenal.
