Secluded 20 Acre gem on Yadkin River. Ideal for family celebrations. Located in the heart of wine country, minutes from local wineries, breweries, wedding venues. 20 minutes to downtown WS and Wake Forest. Amenities include, WiFi, several large flat screen TVs, oversized living room / dining table for all to gather round. Full Chef's Kitchen, (Blackstone Grill), Washer/Dryer, double dishwasher. Gated front entrance for privacy and large lower field to gather for picnics, games, and fresh air!

House by the River

Guest suite is the entire front portion (approx 1000 sq ft) of our home. There are no shared interior spaces. Guest suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, living room, foyer, and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets, TV, and new mattresses in 2024. Dedicated workspace and electric fireplace in front bedroom. Large living room with (non operational) fireplace and large TV. All 3 Tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc and high speed wifi. Large foyer with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig.

This 1 bedroom cozy bungalow can sleep up to 4 with a queen pull out sofa. Located in the Heart of Yadkin Valley surrounded by Vineyards, Breweries, antique shopping. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed made up for you. Yes we are pet friendly. YOU MUST add your pet to your reservation, there is a 50.00 pet fee. Don't not leave pets unattended. NO cats

We would love to host you in this charming historic home, known to our family as "Grannie's House". It was built in 1905 by my great-grandparents, and later converted to a duplex. This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors. Sunny and comfortable, this home is waiting for you!
