Ideally located, you’re just a short drive from North York Moors National Park, Roseberry Topping, Whitby’s historic seaside charm and more. Whether exploring or unwinding, this cottage offers everything you need for a memorable Yorkshire getaway.

Bridge Cottage

A charming and beautiful two bedroom cottage located a stone's throw from vibrant Yarm High Street, full of independent shops and high quality restaurants. Inside is a cosy yet contemporary feel, refurbished to an extremely high standard with everything on hand for a comfortable stay. Our stylish design with comfortable furnishings makes the perfect place to relax after exploring the local area or a busy workday. Guests also have access to a private terrace to enjoy the sun or alfresco dining!

The Studio, near Stokesley

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

*The Vicarage Annexe, Carlton, North Yorks 1BR S/C

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Wonderful townhouse in historic foodie town

A great place to stay if you want a perfect base for exploring the NY Moors and beyond. The quirky house was once a printers in the late 1700's and has been restored to create a fun place to stay in the middle of Stokesley. With over 10 bars and pubs and nearly 20 eating places and coffee shops Stokesley has something for everyone. Staying at the Print House will give you tons of day trip options. Explore the moors, the incredible coast line or shop at one of the major centres close by.

Mews Cottage within Yarm with private parking

Mews cottage situated in a private mews, with the benefit of two private car parking spaces*. The property comprises; open plan lounge/fitted kitchen/diner, a large kingsize bedroom and separate family bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor. A further loft bedroom has twin beds (or joined as a superking) and a further single bed. *The private car park is not immediately adjacent to the property so there is no accessible electric charging point for electric cars.

Set in the grounds of a grade 2 listed victorian gate house, cedar lodge offers modern luxury accommodation. Inside there is a double bedroom, with King size bed, shower room and living/kitchen area. Outside is your own private patio area with a hot tub, BBQ and wood fired fire pit Great rural location for exploring hills and moors, coastline and market towns.
