The apartment is a cozy place situated in the beach area of Vega Baja, PR. Accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, Balcony, 2 parking spaces and a equipped kitchen. You can do your own check-in with smart lock access. Also has WIFI, smart TVs, Central AC, AC on all 3room and washer and dryer machines for your stay. All bathrooms have complimentary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper and towels. Close to beaches, rest, bars and supermarkets.

Alana Del Mar is a spectacular, fully air-conditioned 2-level penthouse set on a third floor featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & a furnished terrace in the rooftop with mountain views. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen with counter space overlooking the dining area and living room. Just a 5-minute drive from a variety of beaches & steps from the pool. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The space also includes fast Wi-Fi & Smart TV on the family room & master bedroom.

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

We are 5 mints away from the Puerto Nuevo Beach, a blue flag beach, while the ocean is just at a few steps from our home apartment, enjoy!

The home features a clean and vibrant feel that will perfectly accommodate you and your guests. Just 7 minutes away from one of Puerto Rico's best-known beaches, Playa Puerto Nuevo. The condo offers a large communal pool, children's playground, security and a half basketball court. Perfectly isolated from the city noice but close to everything imaginable.

We run on solar power & have water cistern, 2 floors, 10 guests. Unique experience, amazing sunsets,and breeze. Open the door and just walk to the beautiful beach. Bring your goggles and enjoy a variety of fish & more. Great place for build memories for the Family-Friends gateway or romantic memories. Cleaning fee: $175. Pet fee $100 per pet, only max of 2 pets Pet info must be sent to completely approved pet stay. Pet can be left alone inside the property unless keep in kennel.

Primer piso. La propiedad esta ubicada bien cercana a la playa de Puerto Nuevo 3- 4 min conduciendo. Recomiendo alquile carro. La propiedad cuenta con placas solares. Puede disfrutar de una playa privada al cruzar la calle a 7 min caminando, playa para surfers, tomar sol y tener un dia privado, familiar. Restaurantes cerca, ojo de agua y laguna de tortuguero, Nota importante; No tenemos aire central, solo aires en los cuartos, abanico en la sala. No es frente al mar.
