Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Your family will love having this historic B&B all to yourselves! Originally built to be a tavern in 1790, this 230+ year old building now features all the modern amenities families enjoy. We provide breakfast foods and other treats for you while giving you 100% privacy to make you feel right at home. In the mornings you can use fresh eggs from our chickens to make family breakfasts in a kitchen that has everything you could ask for. In the evening, enjoy a drink in the hot tub!

The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.
