Historic Stone Mill in Lancaster Countryside

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

Stay at this historic c. 1755 stone house that was once an operating distillery, now reimagined with stunning design and eco-friendly geothermal power. Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. Fireplace This cabin has its own private fire pit. *Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. **No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dogs live in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our cattle. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.
