Welcome to "Camino Del Sol Condo" with a pool. The balcony is facing the golf course! This beautifully remodeled and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo offers comfort and convenience in a prime location, near Interstate 8, Foothills area and very close to Algodones. The condo is situated on second floor. It has a pull-out sofa in the living room that comfortably accommodates two guests. Enjoy the golf course view and take advantage of the community pool for relaxation.

The neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area. There are two reserved, covered car port parking spots located behind the unit and is free. Wifi with Roku and Netflix

Our place is about 15 miles away downtown Yuma in an area called the Foothills. We are close to grocery stores and restaurants and about 30 minutes from Algodones, Mexico where many visitors go for dental work or shopping. People tell us they really like our little place and the way everything is furnished. Our condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
