We have three bed rooms, all located on the second floor convenient for five people to sleep. We have fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Living area has sofa with television and Wifi. The neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area. There are two reserved, covered car port parking spots located behind the unit and is free. Wifi with Roku and Netflix

Our place is about 15 miles away from the city of Yuma in an area called the Foothills. We are close to a great grocery store and about 30 minutes from Algodones, Mexico where many visitors go for dental work. People tell us they really like our little place and the way everything is furnished. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
