In de mooie dorpskern van Noordwijk Binnen, op 5 minuten van het strand, vind je deze karakteristieke bollenschuur uit 1909. In 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en omgebouwd tot luxe vakantiewoning voor 10 personen waaronder 2 kinderen. Met 4 sfeervolle slaapkamers, 3 marmeren badkamers en een grote, open leefruimte, bieden wij families en vriendengroepen met kinderen een heerlijk verblijf. In Noordwijk geniet je het hele jaar van het strand en duinen en in het voorjaar van de kleurrijke bollenvelden.

Ons sfeervolle huisje is 50 vierkante meter ( totale oppervlakte . Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Situated at one of the most beloved streets in Zandvoort & only a few steps away from the beach (550m), city center (300m) and dunes (250m), so each adventure can be started by just sliding into your flip-flops. Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.
