This space is in the old city center, in an old building, ground floor - but surprisingly bright. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. It is all financed through guests which book these spaces. Check out the progress! :)

Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 50sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. I'll be delighted to offer tips for trips and suggestions of activities and restaurants around.

Nature lovers will feel right at home both in Braşov which is surrounded by beautiful mountain areas and in our apartment with it's garden vibes.
