It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Villa-Larix ist ein Holz-Haus mit ganz besonderem Wohn-Ambiente. Das Holzhaus haben wir gebaut, um Wohn-Gesund und auf das Wesentliche begrenzt an einem erholsamen Standort leben zu können. Die meisten der Materialien kommen aus Deutschland und einige Eichenhölzer stammen sogar aus unserem eigenem Oberlausitzer Wald. Ihr könnt den Sonnenuntergang direkt am See bewundern und Euch richtig erholen. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr aktuell mit Baustellengeräuschen in circa. 150 m Entfernung rechnen müsst.

The Mill is located in a small village in Poland on the borders of three countries, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany with the possibility to dine each evening in a different cultural environment. For the more energetic there is skiing, mountain climbing, hiking, white water rafting, cycling, horse riding and much more.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.
