Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Zapraszam do uroczego,całorocznego domku położonego na pięknej skarpie nad samą Wisłą. Od rzeki domek dzieli zaledwie 30 metrów. Domek składa się z salonu ( rozkładana sofa),sypialni na parterze ( łóżko 2os.),sypialni na poddaszu ( 3 łóżka pojedyncze), aneksu kuchennego oraz łazienki. Do dyspozycji gości na terenie nieruchomości oddajemy grill, palenisko oraz pomost (od marca do listopada). Miejsce jest idealne do odpoczynku jak i pracy zdalnej z dala od zgiełku. West Guest House

West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). We offers you 165 m2 fully equipped house, well furnished and comfortable four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, garage for two car and parking places outside. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace. There is also a small playground - the best place for your children. The garden includes a mini spa sauna and jacuzzi - paid option.

A beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to the Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. There are no neighbors around the farm. Access via an asphalt road, a beautiful garden with places to rest and recreation is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organically grown strawberries. We are happy to offer them in the season.
