Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.
