The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Altstadt von Stein am Rhein (CH) & Burg Hohenklingen, die Insel Werd, der Rheinfall Schaffhausen (CH) oder der Wild- und Freizeitpark Allensbach etc. befinden sich in der Nähe.

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator and microwave are available! NO stove or oven!
