We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.
