Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth harbour, Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

Welcome to my family home, a traditional air b n b type let, for guests who want to stay in a friendly, homely atmosphere. The whole let is a for a two bedroom home with double bed in main bedroom and two singles in a second double bedroom. Perfect for families with children, couples or up to four adults. We are close to transport links, a short walk from the River Thames and town centre, there are great places to eat within walking distance and a fabulous local brewery open on weekends.

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Country walks & woods on door step. 1 Mile from Marlow & River Thames. Open plan living. Dogs allowed. 2 large living rooms, wood burning stove and underfloor heating. Good parking and extra bedroom in garden. 5 night minimum. Our family live here but rent it out sometimes when we go on holiday.
