Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

The Annexe has a double bedroom, bathroom + bath & shower, living room, kitchenette & a double sofabed. Central heating & wifi, TV & secure parking. We are a 30 min walk from the station and buses and taxis are easily available. Nearest EV chargers available at Morrisons, Goldsworth Rd. Others 10mins from house, details on request.

River Thames near Windsor, Heathrow & London

Our home sits on the beautiful river Thames in Wraysbury near Windsor. The river runs past the end of the garden. There is a large west facing terrace, from the master bedroom. There is a large living room, kitchen and dinning room. 3 double bedrooms. There's parking for 2 cars in the garden. Windsor, Windsor castle and Lego land are about 20mins away my car. From Wraysbury station you can get into London Waterloo in 42mins. Heathrow is only 15mins drive away.
